You receive a complete visual design package and a phased shopping schedule — allowing you to buy and coordinate your space with clarity. Optional check-ins are available to answer questions and keep things moving smoothly as your orders arrive.

2. Design & Concept Phase: Once the proposal is approved and the agreement is signed, we dive into your space. I build the complete visual framework — mapping out spatial layouts, material palettes, finishes and functional flow tailored to your lifestyle or outdoor terrain.

3. The Procurement Package & Phased Schedule: You receive your final design package alongside an itemized shopping list organized into a Phased Ordering Schedule. Instead of making every purchase at once, your orders are split into logical waves so you can manage lead times, deliveries, and your budget smoothly.

4. Optional Implementation Check-Ins: As your orders arrive and installation begins, you can opt into regular check-in calls. We use these touch points to review unboxed items, troubleshoot placement details and make sure that the space comes together exactly as you wanted.

The "Commission" is strictly a remote visual interior styling, aesthetic outdoor spatial planning, and procurement concept service. All spatial plans and material selections are visual estimates for creative and functional direction. This service does not include structural engineering, architectural drawings, or physical trade/contractor management. Ordering, shipping, receiving, and physical assembly/installation remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Timelines, Vendor Delays & Client Execution

Specific delivery dates for design deliverables are outlined in your individual project proposal. Designer is responsible solely for the delivery of digital design assets. Designer holds no liability for vendor lead times, product backorders, shipping delays, damages during transit, or the execution timeline of client-retained contractors and installers. Implementation pacing remains entirely at the client's discretion.
