We work through your spatial bottlenecks live on screen. You walk away with a definitive 2D floor plan layout and a straightforward checklist so you can source pieces and execute the changes on your own schedule.

1. Initial Inquiry: Fill out the short form below with your basic details, location, and a quick summary of the space you want to tackle.

2. Space & Style Intake: Within two business days, I’ll reply to request basic room dimensions along with photos or video of the space. You can also share a Pinterest board or visual inspiration if you have any, though it’s never required.

3. Session Setup & Payment: Once I review your materials, I’ll send over custom time slots for our 90-minute main call. You lock in your spot and complete payment upfront upon confirming your time.

4. The Live Session (90 Mins): I pre-draft your room's footprint in SketchUp ahead of time. Then we meet on Zoom to live-test furniture layouts in 2D, solve functional bottlenecks, and lock in your visual direction together.

5. Your Layout Guide: Immediately following the call, your exported 2D layout PDF map and clear next-steps checklist are sent directly to your inbox so you can begin executing.

Scope & Investment

Scope: One primary zone per session (e.g., living room, primary bedroom suite or outdoor lounge area).

Deliverables: Live-Drafted 2D Floor Plan Layout (PDF), Clear Next-Steps Action Checklist.

The Expanded Terms of Service & Session Policies

  • 100% Virtual Service: The “Plan" is a fully remote, digital consultation delivered exclusively via Zoom. It does not include on-site visits, physical trade management or in-person installations.

  • Scope & Service Nature: This audit is a visual interior styling, layout configuration, and aesthetic curation concept service. All furniture arrangements, spatial flows, and material recommendations are visual estimates intended for creative inspiration and daily lifestyle functionality direction. This service does not include structural engineering, architectural modifications, or technical dimension drafting.

  • Follow-Up Work & Continued Support: Your $599 fee covers the initial introduction, prep work, the live 90-minute Zoom session, and the immediate post-call 2D layout PDF and checklist export. Any follow-up design work, revised iterations, product sourcing, or continued retainer support outside the 90-minute session is not included and will be quoted as a separate, optional agreement based on your specific project needs.

  • Payment & Confirmation: Session time slots are secured and confirmed only upon receipt of full upfront invoice payment ($599 USD).

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to your booked time slot without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable, as time is reserved exclusively for your space.

  • Client Materials: Timely delivery of your video walkthrough, basic room measurements, and optional inspiration links is required at least 24 hours prior to the call to allow for model prep.
