I’m Jussi-Pekka Kajaala, a Finnish-American design entrepreneur and a trusted partner for turning challenging spaces into functional environments.

I founded Studio Kajaala on Finnish spatial principles — the design is all about creating spaces that are actually built for comfortable everyday living, with a touch of luxury. My focus is on solving complex layout puzzles, whether that means rethinking an awkward interior footprint or shaping the flow of an outdoor area. To me, great design comes down to getting the spatial details right: balancing proportions, sharpening sight lines and making sure no square foot goes to waste.

When you bring that level of spatial efficiency into a project, you get a space that doesn't just look good—it feels intentional, functional and genuinely inviting.
